これらの語句の出典は､Ulli Beier 著､"The Origin of Life and Death: African Creation Myths" (1966) だと思われます｡(4ﾍﾟｰｼﾞ目)
Google books だと引用がしにくいので､Creation Stories から引用しますと､

... and eventually his children went off to found the peoples of the world, the French, the English, and the other European peoples, and the Kono, the Guuerze, the Manon Malinke, and the Toma Yacouba of Africa.

これは､"This story comes from the Kono people of Guinea." とある通り､ｷﾞﾆｱの Kono 族に伝わる創世神話ですので､Kono と並列されている他の語句も部族名と推測されます｡

その Kono 族ですが Wikipedia 英語版の Kono people では､隣国のｼｴﾗﾚｵﾈの民族と記述されています｡
ｼｴﾗﾚｵﾈ がｲｷﾞﾘｽから独立したのは1961年ですので､Ulli Beier がｷﾞﾆｱとｼｴﾗﾚｵﾈを取り違えたという可能性は低いと考えられますし､上記の Wikipedia 英語版にもｷﾞﾆｱから移住した人々の子孫であると書かれています｡
Kono of Guinea Ethnic People Profile の地図を見ても､居住地域がｼｴﾗﾚｵﾈと離れている事がわかるでしょう｡

Malinké 族の支配から逃れて移り住んだ､との記述もあり､Manon 族や Guerze 族(ｽﾍﾟﾙは少し違いますが "Guuerze" はこれでしょう)も出てきます｡

上記の Refworld には最後の "Toma Yacouba" が出てきませんが､Toma of Guinea Ethnic People Profile に記述されている Toma 族の事だと思われます｡
"Yacouba" の方は､Dan 語 (Dan language) の異称(Ethnologue report for language code: daf)ですので､Dan, Yakuba of Guinea Ethnic People Profile の Dan 族なのかもしれません｡
