前の質問のコメント欄にも書きましたが、不必要に他の方のお手を煩わせないためにも、一応、こちらにも回答しておきます。
Our company's responsibility and disclaimer
(1) If our company cause tourists to incur some damage when we carry out the tour contract, intentionally or through negligence, we take the responsibility of compensation for that.
(2) For baggage damage described in (1), regardless of the prescription above, we will compensate up to 150,000 yen for each tourist only when we receive the notice within 14 days from the day the damage occurs. (This is not the case if we intentionally cause the damage or commit serious negligence.)
(3) Our company do not take the responsibility described in (1) when tourists incur damage due to following reasons.
? Natural Disaster, War, Riot; or Discontinuation or change of the tour schedule caused by these
? Accident or fire of transportation or accommodation facility; or Discontinuation or change of the tour schedule caused by these
? The order of the public agencies, isolation by contagious disease
? An accident during free time
? Food poisoning
? Theft
? Delay or interruption of the transportation; or Shortening of sojourn time in destination or itinerary change
