たぶん、この項目が質問者の方に該当します。日本の銀行に行って、これを見せてください。送金して送金証明書のようなものを作ってくれます。返信郵便料金を含めた料金にしてください。その送金証明書的なものを小包に同封して先方(フランス)に送ります。
