I need help ^^" I`ve been false reported 3 times on Hatena and in the notices you get in your mail, it says if you`re reported more than once then you are banned from using the service. I`m not sure if I`ve actually been banned, and if I have, does anyone how long for? Plus, I don`t know if it means banned forever and I`m not allowed to post anymore flipnotes. Someone please help D:
