アクセスアップの為にサーチエンジンに登録しないかというDMじゃないでしょうか。
ずいぶん前にこういうのが来た覚えがありますがさっさと削除しました。

一回目にも答えましたが、無視しても良いと思います。
Ｙａｈｏｏは、ユーザー登録(ＨＰ管理人が自分で申請)したサイトの他に、
Ｇｏｏｇｌｅと提携し登録して無くてもネットに公開したサイトも検索に反映されます。
ｇｏｏとＬｙｃｏｓも同様で、ＡＯＬ等はユーザー登録してなくてもＧｏｏｇｌｅと同様に検索に反映されます。
ですので、無視しても不利益は起こらないと思います。
もし、トラブルが起きたらＷＥＢ１１０に相談なさって下さい。
